Hey, I'm asking on behalf of a friend who applied Dec 2014. I think her application arrived on Dec 30th/31st.

Does anyone know if the cap for NOC 4011 has been filled? Since 31st Dec applications are accepted I still have hope

Thnx, i have called CIC several times, however, they autoreply keep refering me to their website saying there isnt any available consultant to attend, i av also checked my spam, dont know wat else to do.

It's surprising that u weren't able to get hold of the consultant but again don't give up. Btw from which country r u from. Best time to call CIC is 11am to 12pm Canadian time. Good luck

Hi Gurmeet,

I had applied on dec 29 2014. Yesterday i got my app back saying that the overall cap had reached so they are sending application back so, i think the same would be true for dec 30 and 31. Not sure if these are just lame reasons of rejecting applications but, thats what has been mentioned for my application.

U need to tell LVO about your new born and they will send u a e-mail with The instructions about how to proceed and a link for u to pay The fee. Dont do this before u tell them.

I received yesterday an email from CPC- Ottawa in regards of my new born baby and the email was full of instructions, anyway, my question is .. Can I be now 100% confirmed that my VO is Ottawa? as they did not send me the AOR email to me yet. And by their email I can assume that they have opened my file and started with the process...Correct?

Hello Kerdek!!

Well, it depends from where u sent your file to confirm your VO, even if u received an email from CPC. Adding a new dependent on your process its Ottawa's job and after doing this they will send this new info to your VO. But, as I said, it depends the country u applied from to know your Visa Office.

And we cannot have sure if they oppened your file yet. But, if not, they are Very close to do so.

Dear Friend I have same case as like you. I got my PER on dated 26 march...and file was received on DEC 5. You please send a mail on this id CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca....it may be possible you will get positive reply

Hello dear!

Paris is a little bit slow and I heard that people from November are getting their MR by now.
But according to CIC site, it takes around 8 months to process your file. So maybe in june u may receive your MR.

I dont think so. They go straight through MR.

Sorry, I wil correct my info... Its not November applicants getting MR, its October applicants according to some ppl from WhatsApp group!

Oh i see, it's ok i will have to wait then..
I am lucky that at least i received PER.. Will see how it goes, but as days go by i get less patient as i am sure everybody else feels..
