Hello

Next would be AOR ( Acknowledgement Of Receipt ) email from VO, though it depends Visa Office.
New Delhi Visa Office normally do not send AOR email, but Warsaw Poland they send Acknowledgement email.

PER to AOR email Approximate timeline - 35 TO 45 Days, AOR email confirms Your Visa Office.
AOR to Second Line Update in eCAS - 60 TO 70 Days, means Your Verification / VO eligibility Check completion.
Second Line TO Medicals - 2 Weeks
Medicals TO 3rd Line Update - 1 Week after You send the MR, PCC, RPRF Fee
3rd Line to Decision Made - Approx 15-30 Days

sorry folk but your file will be return to u later or sooner as global cap reached on 31.12.14

hi, my noc is 4011 abd accdng to SS total count complete applications are 813 for noc 4011
and total applications received are 16,580 till 16dec14
i dont know how it reaches global capping , but i think that their are some rejections also due to incomplete forms or due to some other reasons so its hardly to say untill we got any mail from cic either positive or negative.i still have a hope

NOC 4011 was cap since October according to CIC, My Nephew that submitted in Ovtober got his package back due to Cap fill

I saw someone with a PER of March 4 get the MR/RPRF on April 29. My guess would be that if you are lucky you might see your MR/RPRF next week. Here's to hoping it happens for you both!

Can i please ask if you had any concrete information about the cap on category 4011. As far as i remember, the last update on CIC website (which was on 16Dec2014) my NOC category still had room for 153 applications. Also, if the cap is filled, why dont they charge for the processing fee and return my application back as I have heard many other applicants who already got their applications back during March due to cap .

Also, as per my knowledge EE only allows you one month to seek jobs on their portal and then your application just sits there for a year (without scoring those 600 points due to no job offer) and eventually it is kicked out of system. Thats what i have been told, please correct me if im wrong

I have no idea how long this process could last in my country.

As a Cuban, your VO must be Havana. And according to CIC site, it takes around 11 months to process your file. It indicates that its a good VO. But dont know if sends AOR.
