Called up the helpline today and spoke to a considerate gentleman..........he looked up into the details after putting me on hold for about 3-4 mins !
Said my application is in process and since I haven't rcvd any communication from CIC from the beginning will request the concerned officials about the same.

Lastly he gave me a eight digit number and said that I should quote the given Client ID from my next communication with them !


At present I am a bit confused about the status of my application & when will I get my PER mail !

That is your UCI number, you can check ECAS status now with othet personal details.

I renewed my passport about 7 years ago while i was in Singapore. I am now back in India, so do you think if i approach passport seva kendra for pcc, will there be police verification again? There is no change in my address though.

There will be police verification for your case. PSK have time limits and if you take PCC from them within that timelines then police verification will not be done. But in your case it has been 7 years. So, verification will be there. Plan accordingly!

As I have seen trend that MR email comes within 2-6 weeks after 2nd line update.

Dear, they charge me via credit card. Card was charged on 20 Feb and I got PER on 7th March but till now no status shows in ECAS.

Hi , my ecas got live one month a go and it shows in " in process" but i havent recieved my PER yet ! When i click on "in process" it shows " we recieved your application on ##/12/2014 " thats only written on the first line. Guys please can anybody help me with whats going on with my file ? Please help very tense right now! HELP HELP HELP HELP !

Don'tbe tensed... But call the cic to verify whether they hv send the PER email... Maybe there is some mistake in the email they have....

one of my friend has applied in NOC 1114 his file reached on 31st december 2014 after that there is no communication and his DD has also not charged yet can anyone tell what can be the resion.

Hi,

If CC not charged:
Either NOC cap is reached,
or global cap is reached for 2014 (look at numerous messages on the forum, nevertheless no official information from CIC about global cap reached),
or application not oppened,
or application sent back by snail mail,
or ? ? ?

If CC charged: good news

Solution : waiting and/or calling CIC.

After PER on 3/3/2015 , yesterday I got one similar email stating that we received your file and all details in it - like UCI, App # and all - but it was from Warsaw Poland -
- Does it mean my VO is Warsaw & not NDVO?
- Is it an AOR?
- If it is AOR - when will I get MR & PPR?

Please advise...

Still no update on my PER...........ECAS shows "In Process".
I called Customer Care on Tuesday............so when shld I call next to enquire............I mean shld I give a gap of a week for calling the customer care or less/more ?
