Hey guys .... Even I received my AOR on 10th april ;D

I had to call CIC and he informed me that the AOR was sent out by Warsaw on the 26th Mar and second attempt on 9th april and still I didn't receive the mail.
Finally I got it on 10th Apr after I spoke to CIC. The agent or angel send me out an email with the instructions to change my mail id which is correct in their database. He said I better raise a enquiry because this is the second time I am facing the problem because I didnt receive my PER on time and CIC had to forward it to me.

So now I have raised a technical issue enquiry with them . Hope this resolves the issue.

Hey, that's cool, congrats, even I recieved my per on 1 mar, but didn't get any news from cic after that, I called cic on 09 April asking about my file ..a polite lady told that the file has already been transferred to Warsaw vo on 23 mar, then I asked if wvo has recd the file or not, she said she don't have the details, she said u must have read the mail, I told her that I haven't read ny mail from them..she said it must be under processing, wat u advise ? Should I check with them again as it's been long now ?

Hi guys! My application is under NOC 3012, application received by "Mike" last December 17, 2014. It has been 4 months since they received my application but got no news about it until now. Should I start calling cic hotline and check on my application status? The thing is, my DD's gonna be stale on the 3rd of May. Any news from NOC 3012 december 2014 applicants? Have you received any email/feedback from CIC?

I am sorry to say this but NOC 3012 reached its cap in early December. Some nurses including me opted to apply for NOC 3233 instead.

You can call CIO about it. They return apps thru snail mail so it should take about a month before it reaches you if you live outside Canada. They probably returned yours around mid-March.

I see. Are they supposed to send us a refusal letter of some sort via email? Have you received PER for your NOC 3233 app?

Unfortunately you just have to wait for your application.
They will include the refusal letter with it.

Another update....received AOR from Warsaw VO on 9th April 2015.

My timeline -
App : 11th Dec 2014
CC : 4th Feb 2015
PER : 28th Feb 2015
AOR : 9th April 2015

I have applied from Japan.
Is it normal my file is not transferred to NDVO or Manila VO?

anirudh, due to high rush NDVO many application transferred to warsar or colombo, so nothing to worry about it...Its normal.

Hi all,

I received my PER on 31st March. Would be great if someone could advise on the following.

1. Should i take pcc from India in advance or should i wait for VO email to provide pcc?

2. How long does it take to get pcc from India?

3. Is it best to approach passport seva kendra for pcc? I haven't renewed my passport recently. Besides, i renewed it overseas.

Hello. I received the same email on Mar17. My file reached CIO on Dec31 NOC4011. I checked ECAS using my 8digit number included in the email but my file could not be found.

I don't think so. Both VOs has a lot of work and now there is a third option, wich is Vienna.

They send your file which Visa Office can run against the backlog faster. But don't have any criteria to do so, I think.

I was stunned by the fact that when I called CIC and had given all my details (name,date of birth, file received date) to check on my application status, the call agent told me that they don't have my details on their database.
