I do not understand, why CIC charged me the fee and then keep silence. No PER, No, email, no nothing! Angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While you haven't received a PER email, the fact that your fee got charged means a positive progress, don't you think? From what I understand, CIC charges applicant only if the application is eligible to proceed further for review at VO. Has there ever been a mistake with the charging before?

Hello Jean!

When CIC charges your CC that means your app passed on a first completeness check. The other step is when a second agent review more carefully your file and then decide to give u a PER or a NER.
After these two checks your app Goes to a proper Visa Office to finish the Process.

Some members said that received the same email as yours, asking them their address with PO Box.
And this 8 digits are your UCI number: XXXX-XXXX

Try to access Ecas with this number and check if it is active.

What's your noc?

Really? Thanks for sharing. I was always under the impression that processing fee is charged when the application is through with the screening stage.

Hey guys .... Even I received my AOR on 10th april ;D

I had to call CIC and he informed me that the AOR was sent out by Warsaw on the 26th Mar and second attempt on 9th april and still I didn't receive the mail.
Finally I got it on 10th Apr after I spoke to CIC. The agent or angel send me out an email with the instructions to change my mail id which is correct in their database. He said I better raise a enquiry because this is the second time I am facing the problem because I didnt receive my PER on time and CIC had to forward it to me.

So now I have raised a technical issue enquiry with them . Hope this resolves the issue.

Just to update you all, received official AOR from Warsaw VO on 09.04.2015.

Another update....received AOR from Warsaw VO on 9th April 2015.

My timeline -
App : 11th Dec 2014
CC : 4th Feb 2015
PER : 28th Feb 2015
AOR : 9th April 2015

I have applied from Japan.
Is it normal my file is not transferred to NDVO or Manila VO?

2 months already since charged, my ecas is in process, I havent tried to call CIC, just checked ecas everyday!

I'm exhausted with Canada! So much dollars burnt as well
I want them to reply me that I'm eligible or not because I have applied 4 times to CIC (2 for study permit - rejected, one for FSW - rejected and this time) and one more time for Quebec Skilled (still learn French to finish the document applied) and I want to stop thinking about it for another plan.
