While I called CIC to update my email address that I wrote in IMM 008 form. The agent told me that they have different email in their records, Which is fine for me but Is it possible that they looked on my EE profile or previously returned FSW application ??? And I hope I'll get PER on the email that is in CIC's records or the one written in Immi 008 form???? Really confused.....

There are some facts that I would like to convey to you without any intention of disappointing you.
There were around 715-applications considered in CAP around 15th of Oct 2014 with CIC. Therefore it was a hot NOC relatively.
There is a high probability that this NOC would have already been capped on or around end NOV 2014 or even earlier.

Sorry to convey you this bad news. But you can call CIC to know more about your application. Because up till this time they must have information about result of your application.

Parallel to that you can create EE profile.
