Do you know when it was reached please???

I will just search in FSWP2014 main thread and let you know the person who got his application returned and inform you the exact date. But what i recall from my memory it was someway around end Nov 2014 applicant.

NO, it will not happen. Those who got already charged or whose applications are already in "In Process", have already been counted in the CAP. Because charging is only done if CAP is not reached. Similarly application is put in "IN PROCESS" if CAP is not reached. Therefore those already gotton charged should be 100% confident that they are already counted in the CAP, and should expect PER. Although NER is only given if points<67, or Experience not matched, but in FSWP2014, just only 2-3 applicants got NER. Rest of them all got PER.

There were a few cases who were charged but finally were returned because of their sub NOC cap reached.
That's a little confused, maybe they just calculate the overall cap when they charge people?

Sorry to inform you that I doubt truthfullness of such rumors that applications got returned after being charged.
Only reason of return of application after charging is "Failing eligibility review" i.e. {(points<67) AND/OR (Experience Not Matched with NOC Lead Statements)}

Actually I agree with you. I just occasionally saw someone posting this sometime ago, although this is unreasonable.

Nothing yet, I've seen a few 19th Dec applicants that have the same payment date as me and have recieved PER. In not nervous and I'm trying to remain positive as that's important but I can't help but be anxious.

This isn't just a better quality of life for me, it's a dream!

Thanks for this info, I hope NOC 0112 is not filled up. Many guys where giving rumours of some sub caps being filled up when they are yet to receive the mail explaining reason for their returned application. I strongly doubt most news flying around. Everyone is claiming knowing it better. People are misinforming others on uncertain infos, giving incorrect analysis. It won't help us to keep giving out infos which we are not sure. What will help is sharing with forumites the info on the letters received on CIO, that us the only authentic gist. Many guys on hearing the return of their applications made up some untrue gist to scare others. I therefore advice we keep calm until you receive your package and read the letter that follows, that alone will explain why your app was returned. All these analysis are all assumed and may not be true and no one should put their worry based on them because they are mostly lies and assumption.

Hmmmmmmmm. With this theory of FIFO, does it mean a 24Dec APplicant who hasn't been charged till date should forget about being charged if 31st Dec applicants are already reporting CC charge?

One thing I have noticed about NOC 3233 ( on another forum) is that it is very slow and cold....... Most Applicants of this NOC get their CC charged or DD cashed late ( ranging from 1 - 3weeks) when compared with other NOCs who mailed their apps on the same day........


I call this " NOC theory " not " FIFO theory"...........
