Logically speaking,yes u have chance if ur cap is not full, but technically, wait for CIC.

this is quite a relief to hear. my NOC is 5141(psychologists) which is way below cap. i really hope you're right, that CICwill consider the date it was sent. it was actually sent december 22 thought the tracking history says it left originating country on december 24.

As per your tracking history, it should be deliver in the next working day.

I agree with missionquebec, your chances to be accepted are high, yet as per the procedures of CIC FSW 2014 is closed since 31 Dec 2014. I dont think that they will follow instructions as per the book specially they know that last days all services were slow/off for holidays. They should give at least 5 days as a mergin of chance for all potentials.

you and missionquebec just said the words i've been waiting to hear since my anxiety got the best of me. thank you guys.

about my documents delivered the next working day, does that mean this saturday or on monday? im afraid if it's not delivered today (friday), monday might be too late. would the tracking history be indicated on the package for CIC's reference?

If your file has not reached by 31 December, then there are very slim chances it will be accepted afterwards.You should prepare for EE now.

@rahul9 don't be so negative. Can you show me where someone whose application was received just after the deadline had his application returned? Just so you know CIC goes by the postmarked date as long as the caps are not filled. I know someone whose application was received just after the deadline last year and received his PR. Be positive.

I have applied from within Canada in first week of December, have score of CELPIP - 10, 10, 8 & 7 and evaluated my Master degree from WES, have 4 years relevant work experience and demonstrated $ 12k in my savings a/c.

I wanna knw what is the max time frame I can get my file no.

I sent my WES report with my application. Do i need to order any duplicate reports now to make my report available online for CIC
