DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Dear All,

My application for NOC 4011 has been received on 16 Dec 2014, since then I have no clue whether I caught the cap or not, the problem that they have removed the cap status from CIC site and placed the information about EE process.

Any way to check my cap status and my application status, should I try to apply to EE since I have no guarantee that I will be accepted.

Now, I am somewhat confused with this Express Entry system which is effective January 1, 2015.

Question;
Does our application fall into this new Express Entry system or the old FSW program that was started on May 2014 up to December 2014??

I am also noc 4011 applicant. My application was delivered on 17th December. I also hope to be in the cap.
They are going to process our applications according to the old rules madinvex.
However if I were CiC officer I would consider the applicant who failed to be within cap to be in the pool of EE because they have all the required docs and info.

Well, I flew all the way to Toronto, and shipped my application on the 27th - using FEDEX - it arrived on the 30th, signed by D. Macniel

What is next? I submitted on NOC 2172, and my VO is Tel Aviv.
People refer to PER, what is that?

Will processing time be reduced, or still a year and half as TLV office did in the past?

Hello friends,
my NOC is 2133 and my application received on December 03. I am worried about the cap. what do you think guys? Is there any application rejected with NOC 2133 here because of the cap?

If still your shipment in Halifax, it will sure be delivered on Monday.
