You may want to ask for opinions from more experienced folks in the medical exam thread. For more accurate answer, you should consult a TB doctor. He can let you know the post treatment status and how a chest x-ray may show at this time. My personal advice would be that you need to inform the examining doctors about your spouse's TB history. You may get a little delayed in the process but will have a good chance if the current health status is found no longer being a threat to the community. So maybe that is what she was trying to convey, but as an agent she should clear things to you.
