Dear friends,

I urgently need an advice from you!!! I'm 16th Dec applicant and got PER in March 2015, so I am in process officially and waiting for MR. In January, I submitted an application for Nova Scotia EE Demand and yesterday I got an email from Nova Scotia EE Demand, telling me that my application has passed their completeness check and will now be placed in the queue for assessment. They gave me case ID number and the very next thing I should do is to register in EE profile. It seems that I have 2 options right now: 1. To cancel Nova Scotia EE procedure and proceed with FSWP 2014 2. To proceed with both two processes and to see which one should result with better come out.

Please advice what to do!

My timeline is on left side. I just want to know how you came to know that your file is transferred to LVO?

I applied on 19 dec , dd encashed 10 Feb per received 5 March , it says IN PROCESS and also come to know that my file is transferred to visa office London , when should I expect MR , or what's the next step.

Need senior forum members response.

yesterday, i called CIC ,a lady asked me about my file information and then she confirmed my email id after some time she said that my file was returned . but when i asked for reason, she said that you do not have any arranged employment. But when i asked her that in fsw 2014 , we do not need any arranged employment then she said i don't know and disconnected the call. Very Silly Reason it is, can anyone suggest me what to do? very sad to hear this. waiting for my package . What cic is doing ??

i think your NOC was cap before December. Try EE

they normally send back through snail mail. It might take up to 2 months before your package arrive back

since you have PER, I think you can stick with FSW depending on your VO you might get MR before august. Going for the provisional nominee you have to pay another fee and you can only settle in that pronvice. The choice depend on you.

I could think of 2 scenarios:

1) The CIC officer gave you incorrect info. Under high stress human error may happen. In this case it's worth making another call, hopefully to a different officer, to double check your situation.

2) The arranged employment is actually required in your case as the cap for your respective NOC had been reached before your application pack arrived. This is a guess because as of today no one has had the official info as to which NOC reached cap and by which date. It's worth having a confirmation from CIC so you can calculate the time you may receive it back. This will help you plan for other programs accordingly. Please note, however, that CIC accepts a photocopied IELTS sheet if and only if your original IELTS sheet is still with CIC under a different application. You must prove that it's held by CIC. Application on the way back to applicant is not counted.

Finally, finally, finally.... ;D I got PER after 2 months got charged!
Mine is 22nd December, charged 17 Feb, PER 17 April!
