Dear friends,

I asked this question in this theead before and didn't get a satisfying answer from anyone. So i am reposting this question here. Please let me know your insights about the below questions.

Am i right to say If someone's CC charged means that his application is complete and CIC officers has already checked the candidate's job description match to the 80% of the lead statement of the NOC and after checking that only they charge the candidate's credit card?

Is there any chance that the CIC officers will charge the CC first and then later they check the candidate's job description (JD provided by the company including the jobs he performs in the work) and if it's found that it doesnt match with the 70%-80% of the lead statement and so the candidate will receive a NER?

Really appreciate your answers in clearing my above doubts.

Hello,
I have urgent question please I applied under PhD stream and application received on 30 September, they immigration returned back on 12/12/2014 due to missing information on main application ,I corrected and sent back,they received on 23/12/2015 and still waiting for charging. My question do you think they finished the completeness check for December applications, or there is chance they can returned again, it is really so stressful.

Sorry that due to extremely busy schedule I couldn't participate today on the forum.

Tomorrow is weekend and hopefully tomorrow after downloading I shall try analyse the excel sheet.

All of you can also download the excel sheet by right-clicking following link and then selecting "Save As" and save the file in your computer and open it in excel to analyze the data by using Data Filters.

I have just spent few minutes and pleased to note that charging date is reached to 10th of December and moreover one of the DD applicant whose application received on 15th December also got exceptioning his DD encashed. Which are all good indications for all december applicants.

Let's hope that next week on Monday will bring more goods news for several applicants.

However, our NOC is completely stuck..NOC 1123. Do any one of you have any updates on that?

I am a Dec 12th Applicant for the NOC..Please let us know of any updates for 1123. Or the CAP over??

Don't worry George, we know you will do the analysis when you have time, and of course we will patiently wait.

Thanks for sharing the link, but even though I would love to be able to make the analysis by myself I can't, I am a designer so I don't know anything about excel (but if you ever want to use photoshop, illustrator, dream weaver, 3dmax, etc. I will gladly help you). In fact my husband who is the principal applicant with noc 0111, he also masters excel. It's a shame he works 14 hours a day. And doesn't have time to make anything else. That is why I researched, filled the forms, sent the documents and did everything regarding his application.

Want to share an update with you. I'm a 10th Dec CC applicant. I got charged at 10:04 pm IST yesterday. I had sent in applications for 2172 & 2281. Only one got charged so I'm not sure which one it is.

I have applied on 2172 occupation and my application reached Canada at 8 december.
I have received SMS on my phone yesterday that my CC was charged, it was about 868 USD $. i applied with my Spouse.
I haven't recieved any thing on my email.

i am wondering if my application was accepted because this happened quickly. And when i should expect the PER.

No, this understanding is incorrect! Only completeness, CAP and valid 1 year or more experience in claimed NOC are checked before charging!

Is there any chance that the CIC officers will charge the CC first and then later they check the candidate's job description (JD provided by the company including the jobs he performs in the work) and if it's found that it doesnt match with the 70%-80% of the lead statement and so the candidate will receive a NER? Yes, it works very much like that! After charging, the application is queued for Eligibility Review, i.e. all six selection factors along with proof of funds are checked (which includes matching job duties and lead statement) and issue PER//NER accordingly.

Really appreciate your answers in clearing my above doubts.

you've been charged and that is good news,
it takes about a month (maybe less if they continue to work in overdrive) to get the per email...
