My bank is qnb but the bank in canada is toronto dominion bank

It seems that on 15 jan the CIO was checking for completeness the applications received on 19 dec 2014.
I have a friend who was rejected because he sent the WES in copy, and not in original.
The lawyer (located in Canada) who handled his case received the application back on 29 jan, with the letter from CIO dated 15 jan 2015.

So it seems that by now the CIO already checked for completeness all the applications.
And it seems that an application returned from CIO takes around 14 days to reach the destination in Canada. So if the destination is somewhere else in the world, obviously would take much longer for the application to be returned.

PS. I don't know under what NOC he applied.

I am also 1st dec applicant, mode of payment is DD. I have just asked my bank about encashment of my DD, but the bank has informed that it is yet outstanding i.e. no encashed.

Hope we will be encashed in the comings days...

Don't worry guys as DD take up to 2 weeks for encashment. My payment mode is also DD and I am 4th Dec 2014 applicant. So, check next week with your bank.
