December 2014 Deadline!!!! NEEED HELP!!!!

Hi All,

Just a quick question, maximum by what date can i send my documents for it to be accepted in this immigration system rather than the Express System?
Currently all my documents have been submitted to my immigration consultant, the only thing i am waiting for is the ICAS results, which they informed that i would be getting it by the end of December 2014 via email.

I have been trying to chase the ICAS team to expedite the result so i could send it before the 20th of December(as asked by my immigration consultant)

Can anyone please help me out here, cause seriously im in a pickle here.....
