Where did you get these release forms? I only saw one pdf document.

The consent forms are in the blue link IMM 5744 under number 3. This shows that your spouse (the applicant) gave permission to release this information to you.

Thank you.

I requested mine for the first time at the beginning of this month. think I might end up being one of those people that requests one each month!! I got my husband to sign a bunch of the release forms :o

I'm with you on that one, haha. I just received mine and I'm thinking about getting news one, because the ones I have now were generated on March 7 (but they waited till April 3 to deliver them).

Even though my notes said they haven't started the security, background or eligibility checks yet, the information I got from the notes was invaluable to me. I have a feeling I will become addicted to ordering the notes, on top of my addiction to checking ECAS every single day.

Let us know if your application reached Ottawa and how long it took to get the GCSM notes. I submitted mine a day before yours.

Sure thing. From what I've seen, they are pretty much on time at 30 or 31 days

Although I applied after you (Jan. 27th) I ordered my notes March 11th and got them this morning. My file was sent March 7th to CPP-O and it looks like it arrived March 10th (That's the 'update' date on my notes anyway). They haven't started any of the Eligibility or Criminality checks, obviously, and the medical says 'in process' because we're having a couple of issues with it.

Hey, guys, could you please update the spreadsheet before I forget the date?
'in Process' = 27/03/2013

I'm getting nervous. ???

Hi can anyone tell me the application of receipt AOR is it the date that they received the application? Is is the same as the date I see on their website? Or the date that the letter was sent to me saying my application has been approved? So confusing:-(

AOR (Acknowldegement of Receipt) is when CIC contacts you and tells you they have recieved your application. If you included your email address in your application, they will send you an email giving you the AOR. However, if you did not write your email in the application, they will mail a letter to you which will take a few extra days. I hope this helps you.

Thanks. But I just get a copy from my lawyer and was dated feb 5 2014 but on their website it says received on dec 18, 2013. So which date should I follow for AOR?

Maybe the letter/e-mail you received on February 5th is your Sponsorship Approval? We usually receive two letters or e-mail from CPC-Mississauga: AOR and Sponsorship Approval.

Or it could be the AOR from your visa Office? I don't quite understand what "copy" you're talking about.

Finally. Some good news for us... Today our ECAS updated to in process...
We started processing ......... application on April 8, 2014 :D
