Thanks! Of course, me being the queen of Murphy's Law, my printer now refuses to scan >.<! Hahaha. I'm going to go do some scan-vestigating... but we got a couple of feet of snow over the last few days and as an Aussie, this is not my preferred method of driving! Lol. I'd love to have it all sorted and sent back to them today, that's for sure!... Now to go drop my printer from the 3rd storey...

Hahaha thanks! I know right?! I do adore the snow... just... not... driving... in it :-X Lol. I can't believe that it/s possible I will have COPR and possibly PR by the end of March. They stated that my COPR will be valid to travel with until Dec 6th 2014 which is funny because I took my med Nov 19 last year but I'm sure I'll be well and truly settled by then! Just want the papers in my hand so I can start bawling uncontrollably (an indication that this process is finally over) and get on with my life! Good luck everyone!

I was also going to apply for my GCSM notes since my application is in process... this would be of course if the scanner hadn't crapped out. Would be curious to see my case, especially with the hiccup. They were pretty on the ball with receiving my documents. They stated the kick up date as Feb 19 but In Process says since 18th as it would have arrived around 16th. With PPR so quickly I'm curious to know if they were working on my case while they waited. Plus it takes 30 days and it's usually sampled from closer to the email date than the request date right?

Hi Achirwa,

it's always a good thing when you have communication from the VO!! I'm not sure if this means they are working on the file already, or if they are just making sure it's complete for when they start processing.

I don't know if your VO normally sends AORs, but I would definitely take it as one, as now you are certain that they do have your file. I doubt this means you will be going to the bottom, as they would date stamp your file when it was originally received.

I would think that ECAS changes to 'in process' when the VO is actively working on your file.

Good morning.
Hope all well...and prayers gng on to reunite ( me too ???)
Just an update from my side.

I received a mail/email from the NDVO office (New Delhi) asking for PCC and Fee receipt.
Based on forum, this is expected mail and next mail will be on PPR (Passport request).
In the mail they sent, they have given an UCI no. which is unique and corresponds to applicant.
we can check status ECAS with that too.

This info is for people who are waiting to hear anything for Visa office.

Keep hope and be patience.
They are working on our files

Ecas updated to decision made today if someone could update the spreadsheet. Returned App B so I guess I'm just waiting for COPR in the mail =D
