Hi All! New to this thread, but have exciting news to share.

We received sponsorship approval on January 10 for my Canadian husband to sponsor me.

We submitted on December 6 and received our AOR (I think that's the right acronym) on January 3.

Fingers crossed for a speedy process for all!!

Question: I went on the CIC once receiving the email and verified that myself and two dependent children were listed as being sponsored by my husband. I went on today and was shocked to receive a file "not found" message listed. What does that mean? Was my case already rejected? Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi everyone! Great news for me hehe sorry, but can't help being super happy
I got my SA today via email exactly one week after receiving my AOR.
To be honest, I hesitated to open the email in fear of reading a rejection letter....whew what a relief.

Sorry, I couldn't track my application that's the only way to know, right? I hope so because they have not contacted me since then! I think they show the date on ECAS as well, don't they? I can't acces it.

Hi Ellasg,

In order to be added to the spreadsheet, you need to be an Outland applicant. If that's the case, do you know when your application was received by CPC-M?

Just to be clear, who is sponsoring who?

Hey, yes, it's Outland, and I couldn't track my application... My boyfriend mailed it and didn't ask for a tracking number.
I'm being sponsored by my Canadian Common-Law partner.

PS could you add me to the spreadsheet, my office is London and was sent on the 23rd of december so i would imagine being one of the last to hear

Applications sent after 18th Dec are still waiting for the AOR from CPC-M (with the exception of Digenbas914 and Zelmercphil who submitted earlier)

No. of applications awaiting AOR's from CPC-M = 10
No. of applications awaiting SA's = 9
No. of applications forwarded to VO abroad for further processing = 12 (this has to be the next step for all who have received SA's)


The above does not include the new members who are yet to be added onto the spreadsheet....

and AOR on 28th December
SA on 8th january
