December 2012 Submission - have processing times improved?

My application is currently in process.

From eCAS:

We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on December 20, 2012.

We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on December 20, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

We started processing your application on February 26, 2013.

Things seem to be moving faster than I anticipated (?). What's the next step and how long does it usually take?

jokes apart, maybe things are moving faster. If you look at it logically, there was an initial period of many changes announced, confusion and delays as they closed offices, changed processes etc. Maybe that 'induced chaos' is now slowly dying down and they are being more organized.

Still no excuse since they have so many people waiting. But, it does appear that things are shifting towards more predictability ???? Lets hope so.
