Thanks Swedish Citizen for stopping by and giving us an update!!
We are all hopeful we will be finished before the New Year
Keep the rest of us in your thoughts and prayers

That is how many of us are still waiting on PPR

However there seems to be a few Dec applicants that aren't following our thread anymore... so that number could be less

We have approximately 5 weeks left in 2013... so it would be nice to see 3 PPRs !!

cdnmom, may I ask when your information was sent to get processed?
Ours was received Dec 31/2012. It was for my US wife and 15 year old step daughter to come to Canada.
There was only 1 request for a needed document for the daughter from real father, which was received by them Beginning of June, nothing more needed.
Just curious as to where we all stand here.
Have a great weekend and waiting patiently here!

You may certainly have this information.
We sent our application on Dec 21, 2012... CIC-M rec'd on Dec 24th
Sponsorship approved on Jan 21, 2013
Visa office rec'd Jan 31/13
And now we wait

What visa office are you going through?

Everything got handed over to Ottawa Pilot visa office.
I just wonder after it's there and being informed that's it's now in the being 'Processed' stage (Nov 15 update), what are they actually doing? Is it just the last step of getting the visa(s) made up, and sent out, or are they just starting to review, say FBI report etc?
The 'medical results were received' and updated on the site in February, and no more request for any missing documents, other then just one last June from my wife regarding the daughter.
I'm just trying to establish a time frame to expect anymore good news, since I read of so many being finished that were submitted months after us.

Hi cdnmom,

Hubby landed on November 24th.

I hope you all get your good news for Christmas.

Congrats Fromadistance :)
And welcome home

Spreadsheet updated!!
Would sure like to do some more updating
;D :D :P

I don't think I ever 'joined' this thread because it was mostly outland folks here, however, I was a December 2012 applicant as well.

AOR Dec 7
AIP Oct 28
DM Nov 28

I am now waiting on CIC Windsor to get my landing date to me.

I know not exactly what you had in mind for updating your spreadsheet, but at least it's something :D

Have a great weekend folks!

It is kind of weird to see a December 2013 thread... I just about click on it every time I look for our thread...LOL
Let this continue to be the month of miracles... Visa Officers have some Christmas spirit and reunite all our loved ones

Still no movement on our application - at least nothing that is shown in ecas. Lets hope December brings some surprises to a few of us.

oh actually I think that we don't technically have COPR yet, but we HAVE been asked to send my wife's passport to Singapore :) along with redone meds, and police report from Malaysia, since my wife and I have lived there for more then 6 months, now I have to figure out how to do that ASAP. It seems my wife has to send her redone meds to Philippines office within the next 30 days, and alternatively wait 6 weeks after meds are redone before sending meds, passport, pictures and malaysia police report to Singapore.

I am hoping that all will go well and we are thrilled to finally pass to another step!!

:D :D :D :D :D
