Hi there, Hope you two are doing great.
If you remember, CHC sent me an email stating that my consultant has been sent a reminder about my ISF which has got to be received by 4th August. Upon my enquiry, they said they never received a request for that. I went to their office, anyway, and handed over to them on Saturday 31 July; which they promised to post on Monday 02 August, 2010.
Had they sent my ISF on 2nd August, chc would have received the next day on 3rd August. However, I don't know what they did that my ISF reached on 5th Aug. 2010.
Upon my complain to them, they said that they had 60 days to submit, so no problem at all.
Howevr, let me remind you that chc clearly mentioned the last date was 4th August.
Following your advice I am going to send them my ISF on one single file of pdf format in today with an explanation.
My Q. is ... what exactly should I base this explanation on?
Additionally, my consultant is annoyed that why I contacted the chc on my own and telling me to pay extra £125 for the ISF which is out of contract.
My 2nd Q. is that whether I could change my consultant at this stage?
Can they affect my application in any way?
Thanks and regards
