Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi there, Hope you two are doing great.
If you remember, CHC sent me an email stating that my consultant has been sent a reminder about my ISF which has got to be received by 4th August. Upon my enquiry, they said they never received a request for that. I went to their office, anyway, and handed over to them on Saturday 31 July; which they promised to post on Monday 02 August, 2010.
Had they sent my ISF on 2nd August, chc would have received the next day on 3rd August. However, I don't know what they did that my ISF reached on 5th Aug. 2010.
Upon my complain to them, they said that they had 60 days to submit, so no problem at all.
Howevr, let me remind you that chc clearly mentioned the last date was 4th August.

Following your advice I am going to send them my ISF on one single file of pdf format in today with an explanation.
My Q. is ... what exactly should I base this explanation on?

Additionally, my consultant is annoyed that why I contacted the chc on my own and telling me to pay extra £125 for the ISF which is out of contract.
My 2nd Q. is that whether I could change my consultant at this stage?

Can they affect my application in any way?

Thanks and regards

Plain & simple, your consultant is not good. They r trying to con u. Updating docs (& timely) is part of their job & cannot attract any addnl fees.

They r also informing u wrongly. There's no 60 days wait pd. U r supposed to send the docs "in time" to CHC. Else, u attract additional BF'Ds... which is an avoidable situation.

A. Just write a simple email to the CHC explaining the issue with your agent, which is why u chose to send the ISF by email (as well as post) now, as it's a bit delayed. CHC most probably has already given u a BF'D, which means a delay. But the processing should be Ok.

B. U can always Withdraw the "Use of Representative" from your file. There's no harm in that & neither can your consultant do any adversity on your case progress. But, first things first, u should imdtly Change your address with CIC (from your Agent's to your Own), if u do not want to be with your consultant. A simple email or the CIC site does the trick. There's a link for it just below the ecas. The change occurs within 48 hrs, while it gets reflected on your ecas in 7-10 days time.

Hope that helped!

Thank you really really very much
I'll take an immediate action accordingly
Thanks once again

Nomi2012,
Please if you drop the consultant, it has little or no effect on your file. A friend of mine also had problems with the consultant and dropped him along the way and was successful. Please do not worry, all will be fine, please ask any question here if you have any doubt. People are always willing to share their experience. I am a good example. It cost me nothing to ask a question on this forum. Answers come immediately.

This is a good resource place for your immigration application.

Can you imagine that you ae cooking the food and asking someone else to put the salt in the food, what if he puts too much salt in the food. I prefer to put the salt myself , so that i will try to estimate the amount of salt according to the quantity of the food.

Hope it helps .
