Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I sent my medical +RPRF+PCC on 27 June 2010.

....I contacted chc for an update via email on 25th july 2010.

chc amazingly discolsed that sent several reminders to my consultant for Immigration Summary Form but didnt get; which i provided on 1st of August.

Now can or should I contact them again?
I want to contact<<<<BECAUSE>>> my application has already passed the period of 12 month since the submission of my full application+documents.......

Is it really bad to contact chc this early?

PL reply me and oblige

Hi Nomi,

I think there's nothing to worry. Probably your CHC has already received the ISF by now (did u check with your agent whether they had forwarded it further?) & their reply to u was before it got logged into their system.

In any case, there's no harm in writing to them again. Send an email stating that u had already sent that & whether they have received it?

Regards,
Qorax

Ps.: I've seen your query on Trackitt, but unable to log-on there as it's asking me to download Flash, which my iPad doesn't permit. Thus Trackitt effectively is passé for me, currently.

I agree with Qorax, send them an email as it will give you peace of mind. I think if you have a real concern, they are okay with email queries. They don't like people asking them repeatedly about the status, etc but in your case, you have a definite reason for query. Thats what i think anyway.

Dear Qorax

Thank you very much for your reply. I was worried about no reply from your side. Thank you for clearing that too
Take care and God bless you

Dear Maaties,
Thank you very much for your instant reply. This is, I suppose, what makes you a VIP member.
God bless you and thank you again

Dear Qorax and Maaties,

I have another short question please.

My UK's Post-Study work visa expired on 25 June. Then I applied for Tier 1 (Migrant) visa which was issued on 10th of July for another 3 years.

Shall I inform CHC-London about this extension?

Can I submit the scanned copies of my recent visa page via web form on my own without involving my consultant?

Also, Do I need to invite their attention that the period of 12 months is already passed since I got the 2nd AOR on 17 Aug. 2009.......

Plz. reply at your earliest. I would be favoured yet again

Best regards

I don't think it is necessary to inform them (even thought you are supposed to inform them of any changes). But if you do inform of them of the new visa changes, it might be a good way for them to notice that 12 months has passed.

There is no rule that they should look at your application and complete it within 12 months. Look at my time lines :)

As Maaties rightly opined, it's not necessary for u to update CHC about your visa renewal/extension. If they want to know about it, they'd ask u.

Also, unnecessary correspondences with the CHC is best avoided. Especially timeframe queries. It must be noted that come what may, our timelines cannot be moderated/modified/accelerated. We get to the next stage only when an earlier stage stand completed...

As your B/ground checks get over, u'd get your Meds. Similarly, as your Security checks r over, u'd receive the PPR. Nothing in the world can change that. We'd only send a query when the timeline has really gone overboard. In your case it hasn't yet. Give it some more time...
