Hi
I sent my documents + full application to London chc in Aug. 2009. Ecas changed to in-process in first week of June 2010 . Got Medical request in 3rd week of june. Completed and sent my medical +RPRF+PCC in early 4th June.
....then I contacted chc via email 2 weeks ago, and the VO replied the next day that ...'we have sent a reminder to your consultant but did not receive your Immigration Summary Form, If we don't receive it by 8th of August 2010, you case would lead to rejection'.
Upon my contact to my consultant, my consultant disclosed that they never received anything like that except the reminder a few days ago. Resultantly, my consultant send an apologetic mail to chc and maintained that they never received the 1st mail but the reminder...nut shell....they sent Immigration Summary Form the next day with a detailed covering letter.
Now what should I do?? Should i write to the chc??? or what??? Confused.. I am in london and my visa expires in 4 weeks time?
