I have mailed HEC montreal about their application deadlines for masters programs and they told me that it might be possible to get a conditional offer without having completing my entire bachelor's program but i have to give all the credits before the school starts, is this true for all Canadian universities or is it only an HEC thing? Also, in this case would applying for a student visa with a conditional offer be a problem? I do not think I can give all of my credits before August and most schools have a fall deadline of March. Another option would be waiting for half a year to apply in the next intake OR apply for winter 2025 intake which most school do not offer.
