Well i am in india only, get refused due to some silly mistakes.
and helping others so that they dont do those mistakes.

Alberta province is also a good option and in particular Edmonton and Calgary cities they have some good universities and colleges and good prospects for the part time and post grad job. Also look for public universities as they have more chances over college or private institutions.
changing course can be an issue however it can be addressed through a well crafted and explanatory SOP

Alberta i heard about 2 institutes, SAIT and NAIT. Do u know about the reputation of these institutions?
Is there any 2 year PGDM in these colleges?

I have an unconditional offer from toronto for Computer Science ubndegraduate course, i have not done my IELTS, should i apply after for VISA after appearing or before appearing for the IELTS. I am awaiting results for TOFEL

you got conditional or unconditional offer letter? Unconditional offer letter will be obtained only after submitting IELTS score.
Apply only after getting Final offer letter otherwise its risk to get visa.

There is a cyber security course in FDU vancouver. Its 2 year program. But the reputation of the university is kind of risky. U can check their website.
