date of work experince

i have been working in one company from 23rd october 2018 .
but my work permit got approved on 27 march 2019.
so as far as canadian experince class is concern from which date i can count my work experince??
23rd october or 27th march 2019??

Had you applied for your work permit by 23rd October 2018? If yes, you can count in the period towards your work experience.
