Date of when you enter of common law relationship question (IMM 1344)

Hello,

On form IMM 1344, for the date in which you entered into the common law relationship, would you write the date where you first moved in together, or after one year of living together?

So would you write the move-in date as the start - 22.03.2016
OR one year after you started living together - 22.03.2017

You enter common-law status the 366th day after moving in as a cohabiting couple together. You need a preceding 365 days of cohabitation to qualify. Therefore 23-03-2017.
