Date of study permit extension submission

So I applied for my study permit extension on 31 December BC time at 10pm but my application says it was received 1 January 2024. Will that affect the additional proof of funds if I have evidence I applied before 1 January 2024 my time? Do I raise a web form with emails received of my application?

IRCC doesn’t use time zones. The time it uses for time stamps is UTC. No use in sending a webform because you didn’t submit it in time (see first link). Your bigger issue is not money but you now have no status in Canada. You didn’t extend your study permit in time so now you must restore your status to student. You now cannot study or work until you restore your status (second link).

My permit expires March 31st it hasn’t expired yet. The issue is with the $20,000 I have to show I showed $10,0000
