Date of issue on CAN Passport

Hello friends, just wondering on the date of issue on Canadian passport.
My oath is on 31-Mar. I'm planning to apply for Canadian passport on 04-Apr.
Let's assume I receive my Canadian passport on 18-Apr. In this scenario, what will the date of issue be in the passport?
I'm interested to see if I can get a date of my preference as the date of issue. If it's the date of application submitted, I have a control on that and I can apply accordingly.

How and why the date of issue matters?

I don't think we can get a preference date. Date depends on when your application is processed and decided and it's not the date of application.

Approximately Application Date plus 2/3 days, also depends on location and business of the passport office.

Date of issue is the date on which your application for passport is approved and the passport is prepared.
