Date of entry on IMM0008 Question 11

HI all. I need your advice. I am filling out IMM0008 and Question 11 asking me for date of my last entry to Canada. I called CIC many times and they couldn't give me an answer.

I moved here from the U.S in Oct 2015 and entered via Toronto airport. Last week I went back to the US for a trip. My passport only has stamp for my Oct entry. The border didn't stamp on my passport when I entered Canada last week via car. Do you guys know if I should put down my last entry for Oct 2015 or for last week Nov 2015?

Put down your most recent entry. Even if your passport wasn't stamped, they will have recorded the entry at the land border in their system.
