Date of Birth disappeared after registering ONe-Key

Anyone encounters the same error?

Date of Birth cell is blank after registering, when you login ONe-Key and check the profile.

Did not experience this problem.

However my ECA certificate and some other supporting documents have disappeared.

Yup it happened to me. DOB doesn't show up in the application form
I'm thinking of submiting a Change of Personal Information form just to be safe

Hi, Amir2017! I am experiencing the same problem and a few more - I tried to upload a supporting document and an error ocurred. After that all my previously uploaded documents went missing Right now I can't upload them again as the error keeps occurring. Hope they are working on the system.

I know it is really not easy to submit this application. is happened exactly is that my date of birth box is deactivated and it is prepopulated with not understandable letters, numbers and special letters (Not my birth date). Is this the same at yours?

Exactly the same situation. You can't update the date of birth once you have provided during the registration - click on the Help button next to the date of birth text box and you will see the message. However, if you select My profile menu, you will see you birthdate in a deactivated box.

I don't like to change it. I entered it right when I was registering but after I opened the application I found it like that

Date of birth: im+3cFkuEangvyOT783o32A==
