(1) Have anybody done the corrections of date (original and/or last entry) after landing?
(2) What is the processing time? (I know online it says 6 months)

Thank you.

Hmmmm, I haven't, but I just noticed that my original entry date is just a random date that matches one time that I left and returned to Canada.

What do the deem the "original" date to be? Would it be when I first arrived in Canada on the IEC open work permit? I've had various changes of status since then on the pathway to PR (visitor visa, then a new visitor visa, then a closed wp, and finally PR).

Also, does it matter? Genuine question.

Original entry is when you entered the Canada for very first time.

Right... so mine's wrong then. :o

I'm probably <2 weeks from getting my PR card in the mail. I don't want to be stuck without being able to easily travel so I'm not going to do anything about this until I've got a card in my possession. But I guess I should call them once it arrives? I assume I'll still be able to use the card with the incorrect date in the mean time?

Your PR card has nothing to do with the CoPR. Moreover, PR card has only the date when you became PR.

Oh really? Cool, I thought it did.

That's great news. I'll get going to having my CoPR corrected soon. Thanks!

Hopefully someone will be able to answer your original question, as I'm definitely curious about that too now! ;)
