In form imm0008 Do I type my name as well along with the handwritten signature or only sign is required? I have typed my name over there too. Is that okay ? The option for typing was available.
IMM008 is where you need to digitally sign. And after you print it out, you need to sign it again by hand and hand-write the date too. You must put the hand-written signature beside the digitally signed signature box.
