Database Administrator - Qualifies or not?

Hi,
My husband has over one year experience as a database administrator. We were told by a local Canada immigration office that he qualifies, just wanted to check. Because my own researched proves wrong. Please help.
Does Database Administrator specialization qualify for this year's FSW?

Well your research is right, DBA does not qualify for this year FSW,,plus there are 2 NOC for this year related to IT and both have cap reached months ago, so best of luck for next year..
