If you have proof that you have been living in Syria for a while and you have a legal status (visa) in Syria, then you can choose Canadian embassy in Syria to process your application.

don't worry! it takes 4-5 weeks for your passport back in your hands.

If somebody with a middle eastern passport, with a Canadian visa on it is traveling to Canada, but their flight takes them to the US first as a connection and then to toronto where they will land in Canada for the first time, is this possible, or are they unable to enter the US with their passport to begin with?

There is a strict inspection when some one wants to go to a US airport and your trip plan may be totally changed. I suggest going directly to Canada even if you had a Canadian passport.

Hello,

Well I guess you will need a transit Visa, and no you are not able to exit the airport, they won't let you. And again, most likely you will be asked for a transit Visa, I am pretty sure the embassy of Canada will tell you if you need one.

After medical arrive to France what happened , where is it go, they how ll be send to Syria and all process of it, second medical not first

Dont worry after franc it will go to syria, but the whole process even for second medical varies from 4 to 6 weeks for them to recieve and put it in your file.

Medical exams are sent to Paris and then the results become available online to all Canadian embassies.

i thought they r sent to London first...:/ that's what other ppl have been telling me....they were also saying that London will then phisically sent the medicals by post to the VO requested...if it's done online why then the 6 weeks :/
