hi nagz,
from damascus. i gave an authorization to a friend. he submitted it and they gave it back the next day.
i honestly think that damascus is way faster than beirut.
beirut will pbbly hold on to the passport for about a week until they correspond with the agent in damascus. the lineups there can be crazy sometimes too. im assuming but im not sure though - we need to ask sm1.
