Nairyd, I'm so sorry fr what you went through, I guess everyone deals with things differently. We were still talking about it, we will eventually go. We'll probably go next week, we'll see how that time works fr everyone.

P.S. Please don't take any pills, ALL they do is numb ALLLLLL your feelings and turns you into a robot in the long run. I know this might came out straightforwardly but I feel strongly about this. Any time you need someone to just spill all the negativity into; I'm 100% ready to listen.

Ah ok!!!! Thank God!!! Have you tried the flaxseed oil? It has amazing omega 3s, fatty acids Magnesium and other vitamins and minerals. Try it out because Magnesium is perfect for the nerves. Try the Jamieson one as it is organic as well.

Hi,
Haven't received any update myself but I know that both scenarios are being used in practice. In some occasions they emailed applicants and in other times they updated e-cas.
Just remember that sometimes neither the e-cas is updated nor an email is sent while in reality the file is transferred.

oh yeah and this is just a fun fact, 14 months later , ecase is the same, no change whatsoever, im still trying to figure out who the hell is updating it .... honestly we dont even know which department does it, i asked some of my co workers today after reading vivi's message about her e case, no one knew, even senior officers had no idea , Anyways who knows , this is unrelated but i was promoted today to senior Screening officer
