Damascus/Spousal since Jan 2010 or late 2009

Ok, so I want to know if you guys have any information about this. I'm a Canadian, born and raised in Toronto. I stayed in Lebanon all summer, and I am now back here working full time BUT it really is not working out, things are really tough being away from my husband. Say in the beginning of next yr i went to stay with my husband for a full two months, would his papers get denied/take a longer time to process, because by march of nxt yr it'll be 11months.

Please any info would be of help trying to decide what to do, because I think I read something here once that someone was living with their husband and her husbands papers weren't going to get processed unless she showed some kind of proof of going back-can't my proof be as simple as i'm pure Canadian and I'm only there for my husbands sake cause I can't control my nerves without him

i know that as a canadian you are allowed to travel because as long as you return withing 6 months you are still
"living in Canada" im planing to do the same thing ...by begining of next year i think because it getting very difficult as well for me and in march it will be almost 11 months for me as well so dont worry we are canadian and we can travek s long as we Live here when he gets his Visa and enters Canada.

All i got was residential questionnaire + proof exemption from millitary and that was in may so about 5 months after filed reached damascus and thats itttt. Tommorrow my husband will mail in the new medical + police check and translation even tho they didnt ask for it.. Hmmm inshallah kheir

Hi allllll....I got my approval letter today by mail al7amdullah...the letter's date is oct 12.....however they sent me back my CD which i put my wedding pics on, cuz i didnt know that CD are not accepted ..but they wrote that they send it back because it is not required for the moment, and didnt write that i have to send anything back and its only says that I have to filled in the Quebec form and send it to Quebec office..now i can relax....inshalah the good news are coming up for all of us ya rab

I loged in to my Ecas and it says Decision Made.. Application Received..and Medical results have been received.

I have a question for the form that I have to fill for the Quebec office...I just want to make sure is this the right form that I have to fill?

and also at the end of this form , in the signature place,,, it asks the sponsor's signature (ME), and another which is Co-signing spouse’s signature
(if applicable)

so do I have to fill the is Co-signing spouse’s signature (if applicable)??

and is there any other forms that i have to fill in for Quebec office?

you need to send twice the "demande dengagement" that one you only fill out and sign then 1 form "certificat de selection du quebec " that your spouses signs
the co applicant is not applicable to you since u are sponsoring alone no else is sponsoring with u .
Also send a proof of residency in quebec such as a Hydro bill or bell in your name.
