You guys are lucky... You're almost there... I'm just starting... My lawyer's gonna start sending my applications for conjugal partner sponsorship in a month or so cuz that's our first year being together thou we know each other for 5 yrs now... He lives in Iran and I'm a Canadian citizen living in Toronto... Lawyer says it usually takes 15-16 months for conjugal partner sponsorship as they take more concern reviewing the application than spouses... So 16 months from now and I'm just crazy already... :'(

sorry to hear it will take that long but hey be positive and if u ever get married in the meantime send them the update , the wait is difficult but i guess we all have to go through this .....

I saw a lot of pessimism, so I've decided to pitch in for some old positive attitude by reminding everyone that "WITHIN" is still a good word!
So, within 13 months means you can receive it before if your file is complete!
Ok... If someone ask me tomorrow about my opinion I might start whining; but today is Positivism day.
I hope all of you people who have been waiting the longest to receive you files on Monday! And to the rest of us, wishing for a nice miracle!
