no no , its no trouble, trust me, you know how much i love you guys, even when i was in damesgh, i wasnt supposed to interact with others who are awaiting results, did i listen? lol , **** that, i understand because i am in the EXACT SAME SITUATION, some CIC officers are........... , well by now we all know what they are, anyways no worries, im going to try and send a request now and see what i get, i dont think they will respond since its
24 hours/visa office, even if i dont succeed today ill have an answer tomorrow, but trust me i think of all my dear friends

tnx a lot for giving us the info.
I had a question, I was thinking about requesting a CAIPS, but the problem is that there is a representative form that I have to fill so that my husband can send the request on my behalf.(since I'm not in canada I cant request the CAIPS form on my own). now my question it that, is there a problem if I scan the form and send it to my husband?because when he prints the scan to sign it himself my signature will be printed,

really? after all these months? nemidoonesti man mamooram ;) hahahah, yeah this is my beautiful career, and to be honest with you in the 8 years of working for CIC i never had a memorable moment like today, how one news made someone so happy,

im glad i was able to provide the information, as for your question, there are currently 2100 files in the office, no it does not include files in ottawa or anywhere else, and no ottawa/Mississauga are still holding unto files until ankara meets the quota which is 450 files,

Thanks alot Sohrab. I sponsered my husband In Aquest but I joined here in January , since then I have been getting alot of help from awsome people here. I wished I joined here eariler. Then I was less confused and worried. Thanks Sohran and everybody.

So Sohrab, That means Mississaga is going to send my file( the one kept here) when Ankara has 450 files. If Ankara right now has 2600 files, does it mean that they have to give ppr to 2150 pepole before transfering ours. that is atleast 6 months. Am I right? ??? Sorry for asking too many questions

I am not sad. I know they have to process earlies files before start mine. So it does not really matter if my file is waiting in Mississaga or Ankara. What I am scared of it is by the time Ankara gets to 450 file , they open Damascus and send mine there :'(

Ok , here is the news from ankara, they had 500 files before the closure of damascus , now they have 2600, average time for the 500 files is 3.5 months,
2100 files from syria..... 1.5 months to determine the status of the files... files over 12 months average processing 0.5 months, files < 12 months 1.5 months, Recipient consistency 80% ( they recieve files/emails and answer to them), protocol of response 50%(they might email you and say your file is here, they might not), Total average time before closure 3.9 months, after closure 7.5,
percentage of applicants = Azerbaijan 0.1 % Georgia 1 % Turkey 5 % Turkmenistan 1% Iran 79%
Total average delay = 4 weeks

I hope this helps my dear friends, i enclosed as much info as i could :D and let me be the first one to say HELLL YEAHHH it looks good :D

Hi dear,

Yesterday, I had a chat with my lawyer regarding caips, he recommended me to be patient and not to request caips since he believes that my time-line is very normal and caips is suitable when something extra ordinary is going on.

Yet if u prefer to go for a caips, u need to DHL it to ur hubby. They need ur original signature.
