FOR POLICE CERTIFICATE: as per my lawyer and experience from lebanon it is only valid for 3 months however you can get it for free from lebanon if you are lebanese just it is has to be translated and certified and if you send it it will not hurt better have it than not ( just my opinion) and in case you dont send it it only takes one day to apply for it and translate and mail it same day in case they ask for it later dont worry about it now, and as for the MEDICALS all medicals FROM LEBANON will leave lebanon thru DHL to paris only on fridays start counting FROM LAST FRIDAY or the friday before if the medical was done already and give 2 days for mailing which means start the count from tomorrow and wait patienly for 3 weeks and you will be called for passport request and then dont mail the passport but go in person early morning better on a sunday or monday ,they open at 830 am and give the passport for them to stamp the visa . they may say come tomorrow or same day afternoon most of the times.

Really? Police certificates in Lebanon are valid for 3 months only? But wouldn't the Canadian embassy validate it for 6 months? Since it's not Lebanon giving the visa, it's Canada. And it says that police certificates are valid for 6 months. I'm just asking since my husband had to re-do his police certificate (the embassy asked for another when they sent us the RQ) back in August. So if it's only 3 months then his will expire soon again.

they request to redo new medical exams last wednesday but they didnt request new police check.i did it,the dr. gave me the green sheet .do i wait till they ask me to send the green sheet so that may ask about police check ,,,,OR send it on my own ?

If they asked you to redo the medical you should send the green sheet in right away to show you did the medical they asked you to do hopefully u get PPR very soon!

Well looking on libanpost.com.lb looks like damascus received our medical report yesterday along with the police check and it says shipment delivered SIGNED BY TAMAR.... hmmm whos tamar lol

IF THEY REQUEST NEW MEDICAL THAT MEAN THEY ARE IN THE FINAL STAGE
SINCE YOU DID THE MEDICAL KEEP A COPY OF THE GREEN PAPER WITH YOU AND SEND IT IN DHL TO DAMASCUS AND KEEP RECORD OF DHL RECIEPT FOR YOURSELF OR DROP GREEN PAPER IN PERSON TO DAMASUCS

Hopefully you will be called for visa in almost 3 weeks inshallah

Hi Mikie,

You can send the green paper by e-mail. Its have to be a clear scan. My wife did both by e-mail abd by post she use libanposte. They dont ask to send a new police certificate, only new medical test. Nshallah all of us will be done by the end of november .
