Damascus/Spousal since Jan 2010 or late 2009

Do you think that your husband could make a demand as a refugee to come here? But i dont know since he already has an application in process in Damascus.

I dont think he can its the same procedure meaning all the papers to fill out and stuff it takes even longer then spousal sponsorship....i guess i could stry and slep for about 6 months then wake up and expect him to come ...

i told u it depend on visa officers how kind they will be
i applied for a visit visa before i got rejected and the reason was my job

when I emailed them 1 month ago abt the medical they never replied! but one month later two contacted

me and my husband are both form Jordan, my husband's first medical expired on July 12 2011, so I told my Husband to redo his medical because it will save our time. so on July 9 2011 my husband went to the designated doctor, printed the appendix c and filled out all the information needed , and it went just fine. the doctor gave him a copy and my husband sent that copy to Damascus. and since that time we didn't hear anything new from the embassy , and the embassy never e-mailed us to redo our medical although my husband's medical exam expired about 3 months ago !

First of all, I thank you for your wish!
The embassy officer, who had sent my wife the required documents, did NOT include the medical form, then I contacted the embassy regarding it, I was told to be patient.
I think, the embassy staff considers Jordan is to have been the safest country in the Middle East since 2003, so they handle its applicants' application slowly; what a bad luck!
Anyway, sooner or later, our cases must be finalized and will become only a thing of our history and memories!
