Due to the situation in syria we can no longer videochat we used t do that all day and all night even sleep near each other on skype but theyve disconnected the net where my husband lives and i am not able to see him anymore i can only call him or vice versa and we do at least 3 times a day but its not enough i feel.....its a desperate case honestly.

when i read it i was happy but it was sent to me a month ago and nothing movd since so i kind of started thinking they made a mistake but how can they i have the e mail i even sent it to my lawyer and he said it cant be wrong ...i am really hoping that they will go faster for everyone .......i kept it and i read this e mail everyday to give myself hope i am praying they mean this .

I had waited TWO YEARS AND EIGHT MONTHS to get able to sponsor my wife, nothing has changed on her application since it reached Damascus on last March.

No i adked my lawyer , its not a problem but chances are you will get refused at 99% because they will assume once u arrive you wont leave !!!my husband applied already and they refused him

well if you wont have it u wont lose anything and it wont effect the process of ur paper so do it mid next month if i didnt hear anything i will apply for a visit visa

before u apply make sure u have at leats 5000 usd in a bank account and that you can prove that you have a job that will bring you back to where you are , they refuse 99% of applicants in waiting of PR because as per the embassy lady told my husband 3 days ago when he met with her for visa visit she said , your papers are in process there is no point for you to go cause then youre papers will be out in the meantime and you will have to come back then return
