It was at may 15th and they said that i only hava 10 days to send the passport so i had to send it any ways !!!!

OSHOSH I had a friend that also had to send her passport via FeDEX from Canada to Damascus and because FedEx forgot to give her a special form that allows for passports to be send to Syria from outside middle-east her passpost was stuck in the way for two weeks. Call you courier mailing office and make sure everything is okay. My friend also had to land within three weeks an only got her passport two days before her visa expired, lucky she was in Canada and went to the border the same day she got her passport.

Guyz Iam so sorry for my sudden silence but iam in athens at this moment , any ways the good news that ive recieved my passport request and ive got 10 days to send it to damascus the bad news is that im in greece and ive sent the passport via courier from here and stucked at this point as i cannt get back to jordan !!! Waw god has his way

Congrats dear friend, im happy for you, i would walk to syria if i were you lol i know its not possible but hey anything to get a PPR, once again congratulations and definitely follow up make sure they know(the embassy) that this is your situation and i am sure they will give you an extension on the visa, dont worry about the expiration, once you get it you got it, even if it expires it doesnt take long for them to redo it, so you finally got it ! i wish you all the best

everyone reads, everyone sees, everyone can judge..... so i want you all to join the page as the first step of us showing how much this process is ruining our lives..... by the way, i contacted a few Members of parliament(conservatives) and they are watching closely to see how people do react....... so since we all feel helpless and we have no power lets get some power back by standing up against these policies, as i said i contacted some MP's and told them that i am going to do this and they said go ahead lets see if you have support! so lets show them!

Omg i have to land before 21 june , but what i did is that i called the dhl in jordan to pick it for me i already have been stucked here for 11 days !!!! I sent many letters to the embassy in syria and called them million times to explain my situation but they did nothing i also tried to go to the canaxian embassy here in athens to ask for a help but they wouldnt let me in saying im not canadian yet and i have no travel documents !!!!! Of course i dont because it is at your embassy at syria!

i joined..it a veryyyyy good idea then if we joined 20-25 we can gather infront of immigration center and i hope jason kenny undrestand our situation.....i am getting really crazy..they dont even permit us to get visitor visaaaaaaaa.....

He told me today , they are going increase processing of family class applications FOR IRAN.. 11 months will change to 17 months . just for some reasons.. they will inform them after 3 months later.. im not come from iran. my wife is come from iran and i just wanted inform them. i was 1 user in here about 2 years ago..i applied for my wife .she could get passport request after 6 months.

No offense my friend, but there's no way this is true! There's no such thing that Damascus, which processes the applications from 6 countries, is going to increase the time just for one of the countries!! Your friend must have been joking with you!
