Hey guys,

I've got an issue my wife got her ppr last month and she close to coming but now she wants her mom to come with her and i've got her mom a letter of invitation but does anyone know if they will give her mom a visa on time to come with her?

I personally don't think so and I can't afford to lose my third job in 2 years to go and come back with her.....

Good evening guys....first off happy Canada Day...hope you have a good one...second i got a question, i recently had a document request from Ankara, do i have to sent it through mail? or can i use email, scan the info and email it in, or faxed it..has anyone been asked for document,, did you sent it in through post or emails??...any ideas?

Hey guys, I had an email today telling my husband to pay a fee. Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee!
Has anyone heard of this?

You'd better to do the payment and send the receipt via email in addition to mailing it to Mississauga. We did the same for our case.

I guess if you (who sent the invitation) have enough money, job and a place to provide her, there will not be any problem. She has to prove that she is going to come back, so if she has a job in Iran, or a house is a plus.
And I believe if she applies for tourist visa after a couple of months, the probability of getting a visa is higher as she can claim that she misses her daughter, etc, etc.

nothing is predictable by embassies. can't she travel herself? just ensure her it's not a big job

WoW Kazhal, finally it seems they are working on your file
Isnt it stated in the email that how should you submit the documents?
If yes, follow their instructions. Otherwise it depends on the nature of documents asked for. But for being on the safe side, scan your doc and email them, at the same time mail the original doc. State in your email that the originals are sent by mail too.
You can also call Ankara and ask , may be there s a knowledgeable officer to respond!

I do not think that they consider such an excuse to give her an entry visa. but that's just my logics knowing how hard they hand out tourist visas these days .

I can't wait for 1 to 2 month just because of a fee. It takes me one day to pay. Why should there be a delay??? It's not fare. :'(

Make sure you either email/ fax the receipt to Ankara. I think it takes 3 to 4 weeks for ankara to receive it .

Thanks a lot Dear A+m, abdullah and mehdi. I paid it on Friday and mailed it to Mississauga. I hope it'll take 3 to 4 weeks, as you said.
