GRE is not mandatory for Dalhousie. Who told you it is? Your consultant? Fire him/her!

No.I am not depending on any consultants. I plan to do everything my own.I intent to apply for M Eng in industrial engineering.So in the industrial engineering web page, it is given as mandatory to have GRE for graduate programs.Please find the same in the link below.

M Tech(IC engine and Turbomachinery)-8.11 CGPA; around 76%
Work exp- 1 year as digital account manager in an internet marketing firm
IELTS-7.5(S-7,W,L,R-7.5)

1 International Publication
2 International Conferences
1 National Conference

I am intending to apply for regina and concordia. What are my chances ?
1.Which all university could possibly accept my profile?
2.Dalhousie ,Windsor,Calgary? Do i stand any chance in these univ's?
3.Does work exp not in the intended field of study could become a roadblock during admission and visa processing?

You would have to send Official Transcripts of every post secondary institution that you attended. It must be sealed by your institution and send at lease two academic reference letters as well. Check with your department if they require anything else.
