Hello, I am a Canadian PR living in Windsor and daily commuting to US for work. My wife works in USA. Can I apply for her spousal sponsorship as outland?
She has Canadian Visitor Visa also. In this process, can she come to visit me on Canada for 4-5 days?

Yes, outland sponsorship should work.

Right now it's not possible for your wife to visit for 4-5 days due to travel restrictions. If she visits, she would need to quarantine for 14 days and this would have to be in a location separate from you if you are commuting each day. Once restrictions are lifted, she will be able to visit.

Hi everyone

I am a Canadian Permanent Resident and my wife is here in Canada on PGWP. Our status has been changed in december 2020 from single to married. I am waiting for PCC to file her PR under the spousal PR program and her work visa is expiring in April 15. So can I apply for an extension of her work permit under the new 18-month extension program (Covid 19). All of your feedbacks are highly appreciated.
