Dad did not get Passport Request

Hi my parents did there Medical from CMM Hyderabad on June 11th 2018. There was some problem with my dad's medical, he did one additional test and he cleared the medical examination. On June 21st my Mom got medical request but my dad did not. Can any one please help me, what might be the reason, shall I take any action or wait for couple of days.
