hlo everyone i am going to get admission in cyber security post diploma certificate in bow valley college does it has post graduate work permit after this diploma or not ? and even in ielts test my over all score was 6.5 but not less than 5.5 does it has chances toh get visa ? please help me

Yes it qualifies for PGWP. If you have IELTS of 5.5 that could be problematic. You will find out after you apply.
