I am going to be relocating to Canada from Pakistan and since I am divorced with a child that has been in my physical custody since 5.5 years and the father has not filed for any custody , I wanted to know what format does the immigration require the custody document to be like so that both parents can sign it . I do know it has to be a legal document , notarized etc but whats the format since my ex husband disappears for years at end i will not have more than one chance to find him and get it signed.
hence some draft or format would really help and i don't need to locate him again and again for small changes in the document .
Also does that document need to state that its for immigration for Canada or does it just need to state the 100% custoody only . As i might not want to tell him that i am going to relocate till i am not sure .
